Violet Mackerel’s Brilliant Plot
My second book, Violet Mackerel’s Brilliant Plot, will be published by Walker Books Australia and also by Walker Books UK. It is the first of a series of four Violet Mackerel books coming out over 2010-2011.
Violet Mackerel is a girl with lots of theories, ideas and interests, a family full of love and difficulties, and a longing for a blue china bird she saw at the market, small enough to fit in the palm of her hand.
